Deep and dark in color, clear and aromatic. Hard to tell there's as much age as the vintage because I wasn't seeing any orange or brown. Aromatic with smoke, bell peppers, cedar/oak, cherry and raspberry. The fruit was last to come on the nose. This wine was very bright and vibrant on the palate. Medium-sweet with possible RS, medium and round tannins, flavorful and a nice long finish.

Soft and elegant Cab. Warm fruit flavours - I sensed cranberry and cherry pleasantly balanced with spices. Surprisingly subtle - big contrast to the standard Aussie Big Bang fruit forward style. Still enough depth and finish to hang with a big steak. Very very nice.
