Blind Tasted. Lots of grapefruit, and a grassy note. Lime on the palate, and the grass mellows and dries out. I wish there was more acidity...the end/finish really suffered for it.

Light, slightly sweet, grapefruit and pear notes. Great with chicken, fish, or pork. Delicious on a hot summer day.

A good Sav Blanc. Dry and crisp, no hints of oak. Went well with ham and potato salad. It did go very well with Dover Sole Picatta.
