This a good, but not great example of a Tavel. Beautiful color, but the aromatics are a bit sparse given that this is grenache-based. Perfectly fine for a warm summer evening, but not something that I can strongly recommend versus something like Domaine de la Mordoree (which I think is a benchmark for this style).
