Taste— a luscious soft -silky flavor of sweet blackberry fruit cover the entire pallet. Delights of cherry vanilla notes cedar, cassis and graphite follow with a long finish. A beautiful wine to celebrate tonight!

1.5 hour decant (little cloudy sediment). A sumptuous dark ruby red color. On the nose: BAM(fun aromatics)!.....sweet black fruit, wet earth, floral, smokey, little green veggie. Taste: A soft, smooth, silky wine with black fruit, cassis, smokey licorice, and a vanilla black cherry long finish ready to go a number of more years. YUM!!! Cheers!!

Double decant and pour (surprised at the minimal sediments). Dark red/ purple. On the nose: Black fruit, wet leaves, vanilla, veggies. Taste: currents, black cherry, vanilla, smooth but slightly bitter tannins. Medium/long finish.
