Top Notes For
Got to try this wine at long last, and it did not disappoint. If tasted blind, I would have surely called it a Loire valley melon (Muscadet), so the fact that this is Californian is beyond impressive. Minimalistic style with bright citrus, slight funk and a touch of cream. Very zingy and palate-cleansing - just the way melon should be. Steely minerality and an Uber-clean finish. Just right with some of my wife's lemon shrimp linguine.
