Lincoln Peak Vineyard
Limestone Vermont Frontenac Blanc LaCrescent
A really tasty and surprising white that is initially quite tropical but finishes with more precision than one might have expected. This is the second wine I've ever had from Vermont and am impressed. Thanks @Julia Geisler for sharing.

Apr 20th, 2018Pears and apples and lemons and vanilla and lions and tigers and bears, oh my. Dry and delicious. I highly recommend.
This wine is made down the way from my childhood home and for that reason I am semi-biased. They have a lovely little tasting room with a beautiful porch looking out onto some of the vines and a pond. They also have a wonderful summer concert series featuring a picnic on the lawn, wine, and well-paired music.
I don’t mean to sound like a walking, talking billboard — but I’m all about supporting small town businesses and these guys really deserve it. I honestly love what they’ve done and what they’ve been producing. (I also previously rated this but on site)
