Another really enjoyable Pinot Noir. More body than expected. Nice leathery flavor with a hint of toasted nuts in the bouquet.

Line 39 California Pinot Noir 2017. Received this bottle in a vendor gift basket during the holiday season two years ago. No urgency to try but had low expectations. It was rich, dark & very fruity. Single dimensional; not complex, just not as elegant as I like (& appreciate) my Pinot Noir. On to my next bottle! Great weekend to all! CheersšŸ·

Ok so this is probably one of the more generic wines I’ve purchased in a long time, but I’ll blame that on COVID19. With that said it was absolutely drinkable. Good casual wine, no real depth of complexity but tasted good.

Berries on the nose. Berries and herbs with light mouthfeel and mild tannins. Nice with a moderately spicy sweet potato and chorizo skillet dish, but it also serves as a stand-alone wine before or after dinner.
