Lioco 2011 Pinot Blanc - one of the best I have had from CA. Shame most of it in Russian River was ripped out, I'd love to make some... Perhaps skin fermented :)

Great for an everyday wine when it is hot. Smells of green apple and honey, but relaxes quick with a non oaky buttery finish.
