Great Californian Pinot Noir, with with a nice balance of fruit and brightness. Very refreshing on the palate.

Juicy tart red cherry pie and puréed raspberry. Lots of acid to add an electric juiciness. Had some a bit of grip and earth with a few hours of breath.

With duck risotto. Really delicious. A little tinny and metallic, but that's sort of how all Pinot noirs are.

With an early nose of sour cherries, the wine develops quickly in the glass bringing deeper notes of ripe red fruit, loam and a faint briney quality. On the palate there is an intense freshness to the high note red fruit flavors which eventually lead to a dry finish with excellent acidity. It's a fine example of small batch Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir.
