Definitely aged by sight, nose, and palate. Med intensity on the nose which was dominated by dying fruit, mushrooms, and forest floor. There were some signs of sweet red fruit. The palate was mostly dried out with menthol notes dominating. There was structure still present but the finish had no lift and faded quickly. #littorai #sonomacoast #hirschvineyard #pinotnoir #ctbucklinwine
