What a pleasing phase: fresh fruits of plums and black cherry complimented with a little prune, field herbs, dark chocolate and oak. Great balance and restraint for Amarone

Dec 27th, 2019Really incredible, artisanal, drier style of Amarone yet still retains good fruit and juice. Not syrupy or out of balance in any way. Good mix of herbs and spice and opulence in the wine while still holding firm tannins. Could drink now with decanting and a plate of beef. One of the best Amarone's I've sampled.
