Well, thank goodness we had another bottle of wine in the house. This is a little watery- hope it shows some depth over the evening.

Jan 10th, 2015Is crunchy was a word to describe wine, this would be it. Very dry and medium tannins. Definitely needs to be paired with food. Fatty foods like ribeye or Alfredo pasta would be best.
