Perle d'Ivoire Brut Blanc de Blancs Crémant de Bourgogne Chardonnay

At the Downs Club Burgundy Dinner - brief notes. It’s not often one has bubbles from Burgundy. This had citrus on nose and palate. Very refreshing with low fizz. Sourced from Nuits St Georges.

It is very clean and bright and eazy to drink

Taste was okay. Odd aftertaste. Have had better, cheaper.

Bright with hints of strawberry and citrus. Delightfully light.

Nice but not amazing. Prefer a drier, less fruity bubble.

My mouth is full of celebratory glee.
