The first Beaujolais I've ever had (surprisingly). Full of umph for a French wine. Savory minerality, crisp... Nearly bitey tannins (when searched for) that tantalized swimmingly. Overall not as big of a fruit bomb as I was expecting but this bottle may be an exception. I'd love to get a few Beaujolais now to compare and contrast.
