Enjoying ourselves on the patio this afternoon, watching our (2) female and (1) male Ruby-throated Hummingbirds pick over our excessively overgrown patch of Bee Balm.

Lots of pear, some citrus and a little spice or zing on the finish compared to the usual buttery Chardonnay. Great for cooking salmon, went well with meal. Prefer the Novellum Chardonnay, personally. 12.5% alc by vol.

Good bet when you need a white that everyone will like. Bright tropical fruit up front, caramel at the end - flavors aren’t particularly balanced but the flavors are appealing.
