Old Burghs - so whatever. Always a gamble! Not convinced. Initially interesting but then seems to be dried out and just OK. Cigar box mostly - limited fruit. The wine is alive and and has plenty of tannins left. But it just does not sit right. Drink up or get rid of it. More tomorrow may be it saves itself after being under Argon for 12 hours. Nope dumped the rest.

Lacks complexity at first. Let’s give it some air. Orange zest. Cedar. Calk. Needs 60 min to open up. But overall lacks complexity. Not a stand out. Beats me how you could not make an awesome wine in 2005.

Still young and fresh. Nice red fruits with a touch of funk.
