Burgundy has a brand problem. The rest of the world makes a far better wine at a $22 price point. This simple, black cherry/cranberry plonk was drinkable, but was an $11 bottle in terms of the juice itself.

Medium bodied, light tannin and with the aroma of strawberry. Kinda boring because of lack of structure but...proper enough for daily pleasure and goes well with a wide range of food.

This is a good Pinot. It's a nice go-to if you want a Pinot that will suit most pallets. Medium pallet.

Well... A warm sunny Sunday afternoon unfolds with fettuccini and Louis Latour... After aeration, Nose excites with promise of earth and acidity. Mouth is remarkable wet with finesse and berries that carry into the finish... Only slight acid remains

Entry level Pinot, almost fizzy finish on it. Much better with food.

Nice pleasant spices but no structure or fruit. No finish. Disappointing.

Tonight this staple's nose hints of fruit, with mouth to boot. Finish is less earthy than expected and complex enough to excite with some spice. This is working tonight.

Ripe strawberry, cranberry, forest floor, mushroom, black licorice. Not terribly complex, but enjoyable.

Really light and just not complex at all but it serves it's purpose.
