This would be a fantastic table wine for 7$ or under.
Perhaps it is a joke on the bourgeois...
Tart, dusty, cranberry with gritty tannins. Slight acidity to bring it all to the end.
given this wine. I would not spend more than 13$ , at a restaurant. Oh well!

An excellent French Pinot Noir. A dark cherry nose with hints of cranberry and tobacco leaf on the palate. Good use of tannins, medium body. Delightful.
