Delicious sparkling rose at a good price, especially for a methode traditionale wine aged for 10 years. Atlantic ocean influence adds a nice salinity that is harmonized by peach, apricot, and strawberry notes. Nice long finish.

Quite good, and for the price of a decent Prosecco. My first sparkling wine from Luis Pato, and my first sparkling Baga. Pink-orange in color, subtle fizz, and very acidic. A little bit funky, maybe from the age.

Update: I tried a second bottle, and it was much less funky. The first one must have been off, even though it’s sealed with a bottle cap.

Another update: Really hit and miss per bottle. My third was flavorless and pungent. Not reliable at this point.
