Medium ruby . Touch of blackberry and ripe dark fruits , then black pepper , spice and granite . Quite deep and richer fruit , blackberry , dark cherry , touch of bacon fat , fills out nicely on the palate. Raspy tannins , good acidity . Pretty good length. Balanced alcohol . Again needs more time , better in 5 years , will drink well for a further 5-10
