Vintage Vin Doux Naturel (fortified wine). Nose seems muted. Faint maraschino cherry among a fog cloud. Mouthfeel is rich and full @ 17%. Grape jelly, currant compote. I find VdX simple and enjoyable.

Picked this up when exploring funky wine. I believe the grapes had botrytis. I'm any event, sweet and rich and reasonably pleasant. Some alcohol and earthiness. Decent, not awesome.
