Started out earthy with hints of tobacco. Middle tasted like. Fruit juice with a hint of spice on the end. By second day it was only jam. Good for the price but don't keep it to drink a second day.

Very spicy, jammy and black peppery on nose. Intense spice, underripe jammy berries, slight dryness and medium finish on palate. Great affordable wine that pairs nicely with marinara based dishes.
