Very strong reduction upon opening, so straight to the decanter it went. After about 45 mins it was no longer the dominant scent. Very different then say a Chave Hermitage Blanc. In the mouth much more chiseled than what I expected. Extremely sculptured peach, pineapple, lemon zest and mineral flavors. Lovely acidity that kept everything in check.
