Very balanced & structured that is just entering its drinking window Showing lots of dark fruits, bacon fat, olive, leather & floral spices.

Intense with smoked meats and great balance of layered flavors, minerals, and acid. Long finish that keeps re-emerging. Awesome

Leather, spice & everything nice. Amazing velvety texture. A taste just wasn't enough, needed an evening to get to know more.
