Bright, light and spicy. Charcuterie nose. Red fruit. Biting acid. It's a little sharp and bitey, but could work with the right food. Edit: Waaaayy better on night two. It's softened and integrated. Some dusty cocoa notes on the nose.

Interesting many notes. I'm a beer drinker, but enjoy trying different wines. This one is not too sweet and has the right amount of dryness at the finish.
