Dark golden color. First time trying a Toi varietal wine. Aromas and flavors of pear, green melon, tropical fruits, lemon/lime and white flowers. Touch of banana peel, mineral and honey on the (short) somewhat bitter finish. Nice body and texture. Bright acidity and very dry. Considering its age, this wine has not oxidized very much. Interesting. Thanks for sharing, Ron B!
