I found this bottle way in the back at the bottom of my wine cellar. Really wasn't expecting much out of it but whoa!! It was from a shipment I received from California Wine Club. Haven't been a member for over a year now! It was exquisite! Absolutely inoffensive. Super easy to drink for a Zinfandel. Had shrimp soup with it. Phenomenal. Will look for it in the future! Salud!!

Opaque purple-magenta. Nose of raspberry, crushed black pepper, and candied cherry. A lot of alcohol still blowing off of it which left it a little disconnected. Full bodies with soft tannins. The palate was similar with more of a clove quality. Not fully integrated but not terrible, I just didn't see what all if the hubbub was about. I did however, like it more than the first bottle. Long tannic, alcohol driven finish. 86
