Sticky, ripe sweetness that almost resembles a port. It’s textbook Aussie Shiraz, in fizzy form. A lot of vanilla on the nose, followed by an abundance of ripe cherry, chocolate and liquorice on the palate. Short finish, but tremendous fun.
