Beautiful golden straw color. Faint nose of lemon tart and floral. Lots of lemon tart and pineapple on the palette with a slight petrol taste and feel. Very crisp acidity with a smooth finish. Paired very well with a pan seared snapper with lobster cream, garlic angel hair pasta, roasted Brussels sprouts and lardon.
