2005 vintage. In a weird place. Opened two hours prior and not showing any acidity/tannins and only primary fruit (predominant dark plum flesh-not skin). Acidity/tannins started to circle back around 1.5 hours later after initially tasting. 50/50 a day two wine or a disappointment. Anyone’s guess at this point. 11.28.25.
