May 26th, 2018A rose with a little umph. Holds its own- doesn’t need to be Summer to drink.

Feb 10th, 2018Dry but soft and fruit forward. Drank with Greek inspired meal of chicken and beef kabobs, etc. Good pairing. This could easily be a go-to rose for me. Good with food and on its own. They say that gamay goes with a lot of food, especially summer picnic, so it wasn't too surprising that this was a good match for our meal. If you don't like gamay because of its fruitiness as a red wine, you might appreciate this drier embodiment. Purchased at Sunfish Cellars in Summer 2017 for $13, and was recommended by their staff.
