Surprise! or not, since Mazzei does a conistently good job with the Tuscan varietals. The oakiness doesn't overpower the original perfumes and flavors. It could age even longer, but it is perfectly mature for being enjoyed now. Try it with a South Western Chicken Salad and go "Wow!".
