Uproar Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Unctuous and highly extracted. Jammy dark fruit abounds. Almost syrupy, but with aggressive tannins. I'd look for this wine to mellow and improve with cellar aging. The bottle I tried had been open for 24 hours as well 😁

Solid Cabernet. Needed to breathe a bit but after 30 minutes or so this was a great wine.

Big. Need some time, but not sure extended aging would be a good thing. I think that drinking this wine with too much age would be missing the point. Needs to be enjoyed for what it is. I like it.
