2011 Markham Vineyards Napa Valley Merlot

This is one of my favorite winery's. Their Merlot is Cabernet like, it actually has a lingering finish. Great notes of cherry and oak.

Best merlot ever. Smooth vanilla from the oak. Not too heavy and not too light. Very nice wine!

I hint of earthiness on the nose, so smooth and mild raspberry. Great with cheese or chocolate. One of my favorite Merlots.
