Sustainably Made Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Beautiful dark ruby red color, long slow legs. Coats the mouth with a balanced palette of Napa fruit, light spice and full bodied, rich texture. Nice body, great flavor. Pronounced notes of Cola and stewed berries. Very balanced and well rounded, not too dry, not too tart, very very nice Napa Cab (with added blending grapes?). This one is a keeper, well done.

Jul 8th, 2016Very well balanced Napa cab. Subtle fruit with a nice tannic backbone. Good concentration of color in the glass. Can't wait to pair it with Lene's lasagna.

Nov 5th, 2015Nose has a very jammy feel. Taste is a mixture of plum and blackberry. This also some toasted american oak, so there's a bit of vanilla as well. On the finish there is a small caramel and an interesting spice, not like a Zin though. The winemaker explains the spice as allspice, so I'll go with that because I can't really place it. This is a great wine, but it should be cellared to help bring these flavors out. It is still quite smooth with minimum tannins.
