As complicated as the German wine classification system is, this producer just adds another layer of confusion with different color capsules and number of stars (for quality), albeit they make sense.

This is a white capsule Spätlese. The aromatic nose shows peach, pineapple, lime, chrysanthemum, and touch of fresh herbs. Round texture and sharp acidity for an intense yet delicate palate. Crushed rock on the finish.
