Only tried 2nd day after being opened. Overwhelming aroma of dry leaves and fresh compost with red fruit being more subtle. Cooked fruit on the palate, and some earthiness, but not as much on the nose. Wasn't too acidic at this point, quite full, round and savoury but easy to drink.
