#riasbaixas #albarino with lemon, saline aromas followed by some herb + wild onion. Salinity carries through on the palate, medium weight, nice layers of flavor. Paired well with a melon gazpacho despite the sweetness of the soup, as this is a touch off-dry.

Very fresh and clean. Notes of lemon, lime rind, and other tropical fruits on the nose. Palate is dry, notes of underripe peach and wet slate. Lots of acidity. Overall a wonderful mellow white.
