Palate is bone dry and skeletal with forceful minerality and stunning purity. Delicate and playful. So pure and wispy. Lovely hit of opulence in the mid palate and perfect acid balance. Luscious on the finish and really the acid is not high, nor low, just perfect. Very complex and elegant. The minerality is at once forceful but also playful. There is citrus on the palate and such filigree. Steffensberg is always one of the most mineral wines ever.
