Apassimento style Malbec/Corvina blend. Wins points for trying to do something different, but I think it falls a little short. Black cherry, dried meat, fresh violets, with a little bit of mocha. Medium bodied and a bit hollow on the mid palate.

Based on Appasimento technics worked grapes, so dried up grapes - Easy, simple, a terasse wine! much fruit, sweetness to much tutti fruity for me but a good example to introduce people to wine !😐
