100% Verdeca. (Native Puglian white varietal) Bright straw gold color with a few green highlights. Aromas of tropical and stone fruits, wild herbs and white flowers. Flavors of peach, pineapple, mango and lime fruit with additional flavors of chalk and those wild herbs. Medium plus mineral based finish and medium body. Extremely vibrant (electric) acidity and intensely fruit forward. No sign of oak aging. Best with food.
