Clone 809 ("Musque"), unrecognizable as Chardonnay, this could pass for a round, viscous Torrontes. Interesting.

Yellow. Straight-up lychee nose. Fairly heavy, smooth, sweet body. Lychee, pineapple, honeysuckle, mineral only insomuch as it keeps this from being one-dimensional. Not bad, but a bit of an off taste. Understandable for $10/bottle.

Sweet white but with enough fruit and mineral flavors to keep it from being cloying or boring.
