Beautiful smooth, slightly smoky flavor. Light tannins with a beautiful finish. Fantastic for the price and makes you want another glass or two #wine #redblend

Off the beaten path when it comes to California's wine grapes, this blend dominated by tempranillo makes for a surprisingly light affair. There's deft and a Mediterranean flair in this weekday wine that makes it an easy choice for pizza night.

The fruit leans to berries without getting too sweet and with a hint of tartness, and sitting on a pillow of plush tannins.

This 2012 red blend is inky in the glass and expressive on the nose. Black fruit and oak are what are most notably expressed, with the fruit running second to the vanilla, clove, cinnamon, tobacco and cedar. Must be the 26 months in French, American and Hungarian oak. The palate is brawny and dark, with savory flavors barging into the profile. 50% Tempranillo, 27% Syrah, 11% Petit Verdot, 8% Graciano and 4% Tannat. 85% of the grapes are from the Dunnigan Hills AVA.

Very lush and balanced dark berries with a hint of sweetness. Beautiful color as well.

Pleasant scent and a light drinker. I canโ€™t rave about it but I really like it.

Something bitter and harsh on the finish. Good fruit.

Very nice medium bodied red. Interesting blend that makes this new world Cali taste like an old world wine. Spicy; smooth and soft after a decant. Glad I tried it on a whim. Will get some more.
