Eterium Chardonnay

My first time having Maybach’s Chardonnay. Very good. Lots of lemon oil, cream, honeysuckle and honeyed tropical fruits. Rich without being over the top. Some crushed oyster shell notes at the finish. I’d like to try a younger vintage to see how these drink early on. Thanks @David Schoonover

This was really delicious tonight. Very crisp with lots of zesty lemon framed by a nice minerality. The bottle age has rounded out the texture very nicely. Beautiful balance.

Lush but not weighty

I really like this big yet well balanced chard. Lemon oil with a touch or orange peel in the mid palate. With a little bit more acidity, I would bump my score a few more points. Lovely chard.

Delicious match with grilled halibut.

Opened two weeks after prior access with Coravin. Still drinking great.

My first experience with this chard. I would go back to the well over and over. Brilliant.
