A correction is needed. This year's pink slip is actually a Merlot/Riesling mix. Picked this up from the on-site store. The nose is fruity which is characterized by slightly under-ripe raspberries and tart apples. Medium body at 12% abv, well structured with a strong acid backbone and no perceived tannins. The length is fairly short but accurate for it's style and price point. Excellent wine that is obviously well made (and not just saying that because I know the man who made it). Great on it's own but definitely something that could be very versatile at a dinner table. The best rosé I have had, hands down.
