This comes from a site planted en fou, biodynamicaly cultivated and made sans soufre. Yes indeed- it has hit all of the current trends and might predict a future one... and it is still good. I love it when a good bottle challenges my prejudices! A little bit of smoke and a whole lot of stone fruit make this quite tasty.

May 23rd, 2017Another great wine from Meinklang. These guys are killin' it. Grapefruit on the nose along with general hints of citrus. Slight effervescence. Apricot too. Absolutely lovely.

Spearmint, orange soda, pine, kombucha nose.
Super spritzy. Lingers on the palette for a while, swimming into surprising turns of flavor. Peaches, tarragon, and orange snowcones.

Grapefruit, and more grapefruit - wow! A fascinating natural wine. Somewhat pink(ish) in color. Very interesting.
