Sat in open bottle for an hour then decanted! Delightful on the nose from the start. Open taste was full of tannin and somewhat young. 2 hours later after opening and decanting as described, strong currant,lite oak, blackberry, blueberry gives the strong finish.

Bought this to compare to Tor Melason which is still incoming.
I know Bryant & Chappellet need at least 10 years if not longer to open up, this isn’t that tight but I would like to try an older vintage to see the difference.
