This wine is in a great place right now. Rich with licorice and black fruit notes. Nice acid and firm tannins.

Had this vintage about 2 years ago. Felt that it has not changed much, except for that this bottle has the green pepper note that was quite persistent, which I did not notice previously. It finally went away after 3 hours.
From magnum. Plenty of life ahead.

Magnum. Thought it would be a bit too young to drink it now, but it seems it's at its prime now. Rich, earthy, very well balanced, and just delicious with every sip. Not as elegant and complex as the Profile though.

Big bold fruit flavors, blueberry, blackberry, cassis with some dark cherry. Bright balancing acidity. Tart jowl tannins that mellow with twenty minutes of breathing, not too overpowering. Easily a crowd pleaser, could drink endlessly.
