Great value. Sharp acid, tense and piercing acid balanced by savory breadth and richness. A beautiful example of Mesnil that showed very well. Surprised by the upfront orchard blossom notes this had. Really stood up to rich brunch fare.

An RM producer I'm not too familiar with, but it's GC Mesnil-sur-Oger, Brut on the label, but drinks more like Brut Nature. There's a ripe apple/pear complexity, acidity is definitely in check though.
