A very subtle Zin! Relatively light-bodied, with subdued fruit, pepper, and tannins. Very nice with some light cheddar, EVOO, and sourdough. Likely won’t stand up to stronger, spicier, foods. A nice alternative to a Syrah, if you want something more modest, or a Merlot or Pinot, if you want something bolder.
